50 Cent Gets Temporary Restraining Order Against Tia Kemp to Protect His 14-Year-Old Son

A Miami-Dade County judge granted a temporary restraining order on October 26, 2026, sought by 50 Cent—whose legal name is Curtis Jackson—on behalf of his 14-year-old son, Sire. Jackson alleges that Kemp repeatedly targeted him online, causing his son humiliation and emotional distress. The order expires on November 3, when both parties are due in court; the dispute escalated after 50 Cent publicly mocked reports of an assault involving William Roberts III, Kemp and Rick Ross’s son.

The Special Cybersecurity Division is analyzing the phone of Kh. Jessica says the group was used to share links to her TikTok videos with her moderators, while investigators are examining whether it instead connected men and women to obtain intimate videos for possible blackmail. The blackmail suspicions have not been established, and investigators hope phone data will clarify the group’s activities and how the video was leaked.
