Senior NIS Officer Found Dead at Nyamira Home as Police Launch Investigation

A senior National Intelligence Service (NIS) officer, David Kipkoech Kosgey, 56, was found dead at his official residence in Nyamira under suspicious circumstances. Police reported blood stains from vomiting and possible signs of a struggle, but no visible injuries. The house was locked from inside, forcing junior officers to break in. The body was taken to Nyamira Level 5 mortuary for autopsy, and no arrests have been made.
