Sixteen Kenyans are missing in Russia after joining the country's army, according to Kenya's foreign affairs minister, Musalia Mudavadi. Forty-seven others have returned home, while thirty-eight are currently in Russian hospitals. Mudavadi stated that the number of Kenyans involved in the conflict in Ukraine could exceed 250, with two Kenyans being held as prisoners of war by Ukraine.
