Kinshasa: UNFPA and SOFLECCO provide dignity kits to displaced women from Pakadjuma to Kinkole

Over 600 displaced women and girls from the Pakadjuma site resettled in Kinkole received dignity kits on July 16, 2026, distributed by the NGO SOFLECCO with financial and logistical support from UNFPA. The kits include a bucket, soap, loincloth, and other essentials. Awareness campaigns reached 300 women on risks of exploitation and violence. Over 6,000 households remain in precarious conditions since their transfer in February 2026.
