Strike: Don't trivialise our demand for financial autonomy - JUSUN replies Abia govt

The Abia State chapter of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) stated that the state government's claim of substantial compliance with judicial financial autonomy is 'untenable.' JUSUN emphasized that its demand for financial autonomy is a constitutional issue that should not be trivialized. The union leaders pointed out that the state government has failed to release funds for the salaries and overheads of the judiciary for March and April 2026.
