Sudan: Victims file complaint against RSF in Kenya

On Tuesday, victims of alleged atrocities related to the war in Sudan asked Kenyan prosecutors to investigate allegations of torture and sexual violence by members of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). This is the first attempt to prosecute RSF members outside Sudan. The paramilitary group, accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity, has ties with the Kenyan government. Kenyan President William Ruto hosted RSF leader General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo for talks presented as advancing peace efforts.
