Benin: Wallis Zoumarou rejects his appointment and explains his decision – La Nouvelle Tribune

Wallis Mamoudou Zoumarou declined the position of mission officer for the President of the National Assembly of Benin a few days after his appointment. He notified his political party's president via a letter on October 10, citing his removal from the Economic and Social Council of Donga and the lack of consultation prior to his nomination. He states that the proposed role does not align with his current responsibilities within the Republican Bloc. Twelve other individuals were also appointed on the same day as him.
