Search for six-year-old Ebola patient after armed men storm DR Congo hospital

Armed men with knives stormed Wanamahika Hospital in Butembo, DR Congo, and took a six-year-old Ebola patient and her mother. Health official Dr Lubambo Maboko Gaston urged the mother and child to go to a health center, warning of worsening health and risk of infecting relatives. The ongoing outbreak, caused by the Bundibugyo Ebola species with no vaccine, has caused nearly 200 deaths and 840 confirmed cases in Ituri, South Kivu, and North Kivu provinces.
