Thousands of people, including 20 doctors, over 1,470 civilians, and 907 military personnel, are being held in poor conditions by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in el-Fasher, Sudan. The Sudan Doctors Network reported severe violations, including killings and torture. Among the detainees are 370 women and 426 children, suffering from injuries and a cholera outbreak due to deplorable environmental conditions.
