South Kivu: A suspected case of Ebola reported in the Miti-Murhesa health zone, analyses underway

A suspected case of Ebola virus disease has been reported in the Miti-Murhesa health zone near Bukavu. The patient, a young man in his twenties who recently arrived from Ituri province, died after developing hemorrhagic fever symptoms. Samples have been sent to Goma for analysis, and his wife and brother are also showing concerning symptoms.
