2026 Ballon d’Or: Real Madrid dressing room expects Kylian Mbappé to win

Real Madrid’s dressing room expects Kylian Mbappé to win the 2026 Ballon d’Or, according to The Athletic. The players have reportedly felt that way for several weeks, and his brace in Sunday’s 2-1 LaLiga win over Barcelona strengthened their belief. Mbappé arrived in London for Monday night’s ceremony alongside Marc Cucurella and Yan Diomande. Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez did not travel to the UK for the event.
