The group dismissed the allegations as baseless and emphasized that no legitimate authority has ever connected Wunti to missing funds or financial misconduct. Wunti, former Chief Investment Officer of NNPC, is recognized for his exceptional contributions to national energy development and for promoting investment-friendly policies.
