African Champions League: More for the Big Clubs? A Shocking Reform Discussed at CAF

A reform proposal was discussed this weekend at CAF to increase participation for clubs from the highest-ranked federations in the Champions League. Countries involved include Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, and others, which could have three or four representatives instead of two.
