UK experts recommend offering free MenB vaccine to all teenagers around age 15, following the UK's largest and fastest-growing outbreak in Kent. A one-off vaccination campaign is already underway this summer for first-time university students. The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) is asking the government to consider routine jabs for secondary school-aged children. Two doses are needed for full protection.
