Terrorism: Washington seeks rapprochement with Sahel countries

The Sahel, with over 6,000 deaths in 2025, is particularly affected by escalating violence, where separatist groups are allying with terrorists. General Dagvin Anderson warned that the epicenter of global terrorism is now in Africa, with leaders of ISIS and Al-Qaeda operating in the region.
