Among them, Rafiu Wasiu, an indigene of Ogun State, recounted facing discrimination and insecurity, saying police treated Nigerians like animals and demanded bribes. Another passenger, Enitan Amao, was physically bruised. The returnees expressed relief and hope for rebuilding their lives in Nigeria.
