Court denies Odogwu Asaba bail

The Delta State High Court denied the bail application of Mr. Ifeanyi Ogbonna, known as Odogwu Asaba, who is facing allegations related to the death of Favour Agbro. The court ordered Ogbonna to remain in custody at the Ogwashi-Uku Maximum Correctional Centre and directed the Director of Public Prosecutions to file the Information within 14 days. Ogbonna's counsel was informed that the bail application could be renewed after the Information is filed.
