NDLEA dismantles industrial-scale meth lab in Oyo, nabs fleeing Mexican

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) dismantled an industrial-scale methamphetamine lab in Tapa village, Oyo State, and arrested Mexican national Jose Villa Ochoa, who was attempting to flee the country. This operation exposed a transnational criminal network linked to another Mexican trafficker, Arturo Carrera Loaiza, who was apprehended at Lagos airport. Investigations revealed that Loaiza was recruited to infiltrate Nigeria under the guise of a restaurant business.
