FG Financial Transparency: Assent to Audit Service Bill, CSOs pressure Tinubu

A group of seven Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) has launched a campaign urging President Bola Tinubu to assent to the Audit Service Bill passed by the National Assembly. Eze Onyekpere, Lead Director of CSJ, stated that signing the Bill is crucial for enhancing fiscal reforms and improving anti-corruption efforts. The Bill aims to establish a Federal Audit Service and expand the functions of the Auditor General of the Federation (AuGF).
