Football: José Mourinho named Real Madrid coach until June 2029

José Mourinho has been appointed coach of Real Madrid until June 2029, succeeding Alvaro Arbeloa. Aged 63, he returns to the club he previously coached between 2010 and 2013. Real Madrid paid 15 million euros to Benfica to release him from his contract. Mourinho is tasked with bringing the club back to the top after two seasons without a major trophy.
