Bauchi lifts suspension on cattle markets ahead of Eid al-Kabir

The Bauchi State government has lifted the suspension on commercial activities in some cattle markets across Alkaleri, Bauchi, Kirfi, and Tafawa Balewa. This decision, announced by the governor's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado, aims to allow residents to access the markets to purchase sacrificial animals for Eid al-Kabir. The reopening will last for two weeks and will be monitored by security agencies and local authorities.
