UN: Bassirou Diomaye Faye and Amina J. Mohammed, behind the scenes of a strategic meeting

Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye received UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed at the Presidential Palace for a strategic meeting aimed at strengthening cooperation between Dakar and the UN. Discussions focused on economic development, governance, youth employment, and economic resilience. The security situation in the Sahel was also discussed. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to boosting joint programs.
