Gateman absconds as 67-year-old man is found murdered in Ajah residence

Chief Augustine Nwalieze, a 67-year-old man, was murdered by his gateman, Abdullahi Dairu, in Ajah, Lagos. The victim, a manager at Okeyson Transport, was found dead in his flat with machete wounds. The family grew concerned when none of his cars had been moved and his calls went unanswered. Abdullahi Dairu fled after providing conflicting accounts of the victim's whereabouts.
