Utah man arrested after allegedly targeting Muslim kiosk worker in stabbing

A 48-year-old man, Peter Michael Larsen, was arrested in Utah after repeatedly stabbing a Muslim kiosk worker at a mall. He admitted targeting the victim because of his religion and intending to kill Muslims. The victim is in critical condition. The attack is considered religiously motivated.
