"A Girl Who Learns, A Woman Who Wins": Mrs. Dominique Ouattara Launches National Campaign

The First Lady of Côte d'Ivoire, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, launched the national campaign "A Girl Who Learns, A Woman Who Wins" (FAFG) on June 4, 2026, backed by the World Bank. The ceremony took place at the Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire in the presence of many dignitaries. This initiative aims to mobilize public institutions, the private sector, and civil society around education, financial inclusion, and the protection of girls and women. Mrs. Ouattara praised the World Bank's commitment and paid tribute to Mrs. Marie-Chantal Uwanyiligira.
