Kite carrying Palestinian children’s messages reaches Mount Everest summit

A team of mountaineers reached the summit of Everest with a kite carrying messages from children in Gaza. Mostafa Salameh, who led the expedition, confirmed that the kite was carried to the summit by a team of Nepali Sherpas. Salameh, who stayed at base camp due to health issues, initiated this expedition to raise $10 million for medical aid for children in Gaza.
