USA: Ryan Hosso kills his wife, calls his parents, then commits suicide in Pennsylvania

Ryan Hosso, 26, shot his wife Madeline Spatafore, 25, at their home in Seven Fields, Pennsylvania, before committing suicide in a nearby woods. Ryan's parents contacted the police after receiving a call from him confessing to the murder.
