Utomi alleges plot by INEC, APC to weaken opposition

Political economist Pat Utomi and the Movement for Credible Elections (MCE) alleged a coordinated plot involving the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to weaken opposition parties ahead of the 2027 general elections.
