At least 11 killed in Pakistan-administered Kashmir clashes before rally

At least 11 people were killed in clashes between police and supporters of the outlawed Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) in Pakistan-administered Kashmir. The violence erupted after the Supreme Court ruled that 12 legislative seats reserved for Kashmiri refugees living in Pakistan are constitutionally protected.
