Lucy Letby 'boyfriend' doctor named as court order lifted

Dr. Mark Deakin, described as Lucy Letby's 'boyfriend', can now be identified following the lifting of a confidentiality order. Deakin, who died in July at the age of 53, worked alongside Letby at the Countess of Chester Hospital during the time she committed murders. It was revealed that he exchanged over 1,000 Facebook messages with Letby and helped her secure a position at Alder Hey Hospital after she was suspected of murder.
