Only three associations, ROMO, AMORAN, and ACCOMORAN, are recognized to operate on public roads. Unapproved groups, such as ANACOWA and AKMODE Transport Limited, are not authorized to collect taxes or government fees, and their activities are deemed a violation of the state's regulatory framework.
