War: Iran gives only condition to reopen Strait of Hormuz

Iran stated that the only condition to reopen the Strait of Hormuz is the allocation of revenue to compensate for damages caused by the war initiated by the United States and Israel on February 28. Mehdi Tabatabai, a spokesman for the Iranian President's Office, said the strait would only be reopened when part of the transit revenues is used for compensation. The war has claimed over 1,340 lives, including the then-Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
