Why I was not host of 2026 AMVCA – IK Osakioduwa

IK Osakioduwa explained that he did not host the 12th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) in 2026 for the first time since 2013, not due to any disagreement with Africa Magic but because of his personal convictions. He stated on The Morayo Show that he does not endorse alcohol or tobacco brands, which were among the sponsors of that edition. He chose to step aside to uphold his principles. Nigerian comedian Bovi Ugboma and South African actress Nomzamo Mbatha hosted the event instead.
