One dead, three injured as 30-year-old building collapses in Lafia

A 30-year-old mud house collapsed in the Tudun Amba area of Lafia, killing a four-year-old girl and injuring three other family members. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. shortly after rainfall. The deceased child has been buried, while the other victims remain in the hospital, including a two-year-old girl in critical condition. The family attributed the collapse to the devastating effects of flooding that has affected the area for 12 years.
