KPC Ends Newspaper Tender Ads, Moves Procurement & Tendering Online

The digital shift aims to improve efficiency and transparency in procurement. The move follows KPC's privatization and IPO in April 2026, which reduced the government's stake to 35%.

Energy sector leaders to dialogue on opportunities at Practical Nigerian Content Forum

The 15th edition of the Practical Nigerian Content (PNC) forum for 2026 is set to open to drive industry dialogue on the opportunity for Nigeria to convert domestic energy sector capacity development into lasting industrial advantage. Organized by DMG Nigeria in partnership with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), the forum has facilitated reviewing progress, raising local content from 5% in 2010 to 61%, with indigenous producers now accounting for over 50% of oil and gas production. According to NCDMB Executive Secretary Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, the forum is an important platform for reviewing Nigeria's local content journey and shaping the next phase of growth.
