NDC takes institutionalisation steps at NEC meeting

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) adopted internal reforms at its second National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting. The party reaffirmed that programmes and appointments by elected officials must be consulted with party structures, and all affiliated groups must operate under its guidance. A Code of Conduct will be drafted by a committee headed by the National Legal Adviser, and a National Reconciliation Committee will be established to address internal grievances. The NDC emphasized transparent management of party funds and full declaration of campaign funds through designated accounts.
