30-yr-old emerges youngest LG chairman in Edo

Anthony Osarobo, 30, won the chairmanship election of Ovia South-West Local Government Area in Edo State, Nigeria, under the All Progressives Congress (APC) with 98,994 votes, defeating 11 other candidates.
