Yusuf Buhari wins APC Reps ticket in primary election

Yusuf Buhari, son of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, has secured the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency in the primary election. Other news includes the disqualification of Aiyedatiwa's preferred candidates in the APC primaries in Ondo and allegations of manipulation during the primaries in Kogi. Additionally, Jamila Abd-Mani has been declared the party's candidate for the Bindawa/Mani constituency in Katsina State.
