Niger: CAN seeks permanent security presence in Borgu over Mosque abductions

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has called for a permanent security deployment in the Borgu Emirate following the abduction of Muslim worshippers during Friday prayers. The state CAN chairman, Most Rev. Dr Bulus Dauwa Yohanna, emphasized the urgent need for intervention to protect communities and places of worship. He also expressed solidarity with the victims' families and mobilized Christians to pray for their safe return.
