The Motorist Association of Kenya (MAK) strongly opposes the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) decision to charge motorists for converting physical logbooks into elogbooks. MAK argues that motorists already paid registration fees that include logbook issuance, making the new charges double payment. They call for withdrawal of the fees and investigation by Parliament and human rights commission. NTSA rolled out elogbooks on June 10.
