Nearly ten people are missing, with some feared dead after the motorized passenger boat 'HB-YESU NI KIMBILIO' capsized and sank in Lake Tanganyika. The vessel had departed from Kibirizi port in Tanzania heading to Kazimia in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) when it disappeared. Victims reportedly issued SOS calls before losing connection, and adverse weather conditions may have contributed to the accident.
