NGO N’KLO BAKAN has completed its school-kit caravan, launched on October 10, 2026, in Sola-Boni Broukro and held in four localities in Côte d’Ivoire. It distributed 2,000 school bags and kits to primary pupils, with stops in Grand-Bassam, Éboué and Couvé, where the closing ceremony took place. President Geneviève Dagry épouse Akha said the initiative would return next year with more than 2,000 kits and thanked First Lady Dominique Ouattara, the Children of Africa Foundation, the Lions Club and other partners. The caravan also identified needs at beneficiary schools, including access to drinking water and school meals.
