Tottenham seal rare win at Chelsea as Palmer sees red

Tottenham beat Chelsea 2-0 at Stamford Bridge, claiming only their second away win against the Blues in 36 years. Goalkeeper Mike Penders mishandled Mateus Fernandes’s corner into his own net in the 77th minute, and Cole Palmer was sent off moments later after receiving a second booking. Mathys Tel added a superb solo goal to give Tottenham their first victory at Chelsea since 2018. The win was Spurs’ second in a row in the league and lifted them to 12th place.
