20 rescued NYSC members arrive Oyo - Daily Post Nigeria

Twenty of the thirty prospective NYSC members were rescued after being kidnapped while traveling by bus from Oyo to orientation camps in Abia State. They were released seven days after their abduction on the Owerri-Onitsha Road in Imo State, while the remaining ten escaped into the bush. The victims were brought to the DSS headquarters in Ibadan, where only their parents' representatives were allowed to see them.
