2027: Collect campaign money, but vote your conscience, Makinde tells Nigerians

Allied Peoples Movement (APM) presidential candidate Seyi Makinde urged Nigerians to accept money offered by politicians during campaigns but vote according to their conscience. Speaking in Bauchi at the launch of his campaign for the 2027 general elections, he told voters not to let financial inducements determine their choice. Makinde also called for a national reset in response to economic hardship, insecurity and a lack of inclusiveness in governance. He thanked Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, the APM national chairman and his wife for their support.
