2027: Court dismisses suit challenging APC lawmaker Sam Nwogu’s candidacy

The Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed Chris Nkwonta’s suit challenging Sam Nwogu’s emergence as the APC candidate for the Ukwa East and Ukwa West Federal Constituency. Justice Joyce Abdulmalik ruled that the case lacked merit and affirmed that Nwogu won a valid primary conducted in accordance with the Electoral Act and APC guidelines.
