2027: Tinubu has run Nigeria aground, citizens don’t want to see him — Hakeem Baba-Ahmed

Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, national chairman of the Peoples Redemption Party, accused President Bola Tinubu of running Nigeria aground. He was responding to Tinubu’s remarks at the inauguration of the APC Presidential Campaign Council in Abuja, where the president said he would not campaign in every state because he needed to focus on governance and the country’s bills. In a post on X, Baba-Ahmed said Nigerians did not expect to see Tinubu campaigning and that his appointees would travel around the country seeking his re-election in 2027.
