Putin warns West that Russia is ready to use every weapon to protect Kaliningrad

Vladimir Putin stated that Russia would use all available weapons if it were directly attacked in Kaliningrad, an exclave bordering Lithuania and Poland. He insisted Russia was not threatening anyone but was responding to Western statements about preparing for war. Russia has accused NATO of planning a blockade of Kaliningrad and has warned it might resort to nuclear weapons if the West attempts to cut off the territory. Tensions have escalated with hybrid warfare incidents and Russia's threats, including responses to attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure.
