Imo Political Rift: Onyekwere Urges Tinubu to Intervene

APC chieftain Chief Onyekachi Onyekwere urged President Bola Tinubu to intervene in the political dispute between Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma and former governor Rochas Okorocha. He said resolving their differences would strengthen the APC and its preparations for the 2027 general elections, and called on Imo residents to support Uzodimma. Onyekwere also urged APC members in the South-East to unite and Abia residents to back the party’s governorship candidate, Eric Opia. He praised the relationship between Tinubu and Uzodimma and said federal government support had contributed to development in Imo State.
