ICT ministry, KDF, police agree to buy Sh9.6bn Telposta scheme buildings

Three Kenyan government ministries—the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, the National Police Service, and the Ministry of Defence—have agreed to purchase four properties in Nairobi, Mombasa, and Gilgil for 9.62 billion shillings. This move is part of Telposta Pension Scheme's effort to reduce its real estate holdings to comply with the Retirement Benefits Authority limits. The scheme's latest annual report states that these acquisitions are part of a strategy to manage its real estate exposure.
